Multi-Platform Access Control & Video Surveillance
Seven access platforms — Motorola, AMAG, Brivo, Genetec, DMP, Bosch, Lenel — plus Axis, Digital Watchdog, AMAG, and Bosch video. One integrator. Pick the platform that fits your portfolio, not your installer’s reseller contract.
Most integrators sell you one access platform — because that is who pays them
Walk into a typical regional security integrator and ask which access control platform they recommend. The answer is almost always the same: the one their reseller agreement pays them on. Brivo-only shops recommend Brivo for everything. Lenel-only shops resist any conversation about Brivo, even when Brivo is the right answer. The platform conversation turns into a contract conversation.
CITADEL Access is engineered the other way around. We carry seven access platforms — Motorola Avigilon Alta and Openpath, AMAG, Brivo, Genetec, DMP, Bosch, and Lenel — because portfolios are not platforms. Some clients want Brivo’s cloud simplicity. Some want Lenel’s enterprise depth. Some inherited three platforms through M&A and need a migration plan. The platform fit is the answer; the integrator stays the same.
Armorstack is a true integrator. We are not a reseller and we are not a branded front-end. The design engineer, the installer, the service technician, and the customer success contact all sit inside the same shop.
Capabilities & credentials
Motorola (Avigilon Alta / Openpath), AMAG, Brivo, Genetec, DMP, Bosch, Lenel. Full design, install, programming, commissioning, and service across all seven. Genetec is install-supported (not a formal partner) — every other platform is a partner relationship.
Axis, Digital Watchdog, AMAG, and Bosch — installer across all four lines. NDAA Section 889 compliant default. Video integrates with our access platforms and with SENTRY for AI-powered analytics.
Project-management depth to coordinate dozens or hundreds of doors across multiple sites — AHJ coordination, network coordination, consistent commissioning, and a single point of contact for portfolio operators.
Engineered cutover plans for portfolios moving between platforms — common patterns include end-of-life Lenel hardware to Brivo or Motorola, M&A consolidation onto a single standard, or modernizing from on-premise enterprise platforms to cloud.
Service and expansion work on access systems an incumbent integrator installed. No rip-and-replace required — if your portfolio is on a platform we carry, we can take over service tomorrow.
NDAA Section 889 compliant cameras, TAA compliant on request, SOC 2 / HIPAA / CMMC alignment through our VERITY advisory and SENTRY monitoring portfolios when access logs need to feed compliance reporting.
Seven access-control platforms. One integrator.
Armorstack designs, installs, and supports access control on every major enterprise platform. Pick the platform that fits your environment, compliance posture, and incumbent video stack — we handle the rest.

Scope of service
- Access control design — door schedules, credential strategy, network topology, integration with HR systems and visitor management.
- Installation and programming — across all seven platforms, with NDAA-compliant readers, PoE infrastructure, and standardized commissioning.
- Video surveillance design and install — Axis, Digital Watchdog, AMAG, and Bosch.
- Video analytics — integrated with SENTRY for AI-powered observability (object detection, intrusion analytics, behavioral anomalies).
- Multi-site access rollout — portfolio-wide deployments coordinated with IT, facilities, and AHJs.
- Rip-and-replace migration — cutover engineering for portfolios moving between platforms.
- Service takeover — no requirement to replace the system. We service what is already in place.
- 24/7 monitored access events — door-held-open, forced-entry, and credential anomalies routed to our UL 827 central station partner.
Every engagement is custom-scoped and quoted. No packages, no published pricing, no scope-range bands. Site assessment first, written line-item quote second.
Where CITADEL Access shows up
Door access into PHI zones, pharmacy and controlled-substance access, visitor management coordinated with EHR and badge systems, audit trails for HIPAA, and integration with CITADEL Care nurse-call and resident-safety platforms.
Lockdown door schedules, classroom panic integration, dorm access, multi-building campus access on a single platform, and tight integration with CITADEL Alert mass notification — same vendor, same throat to choke.
Multi-site access control across portfolios where IT does not want to manage door panels — Brivo and Motorola cloud-first deployments are typical. Back-of-house access, employee-only zones, and time-and-attendance integration.
OT/IT zone separation through access control, NDAA-compliant cameras for facility perimeter, and integration with CMMC/CUI controls when DoD work is on the floor. The access logs feed our SENTRY SOC.
CITADEL Access is one piece of a converged stack
CITADEL Access works alongside the other CITADEL services and Armorstack’s broader Managed Intelligence Provider portfolios. Most clients start with one and converge over time. Armorstack is a true integrator — we own the design, the install, the service, and the customer relationship.
Access logs and video analytics feed the SOC. Tailgating, after-hours badge use, and credential-anomaly patterns surface as security signals — not just facility tickets.
Access controllers, IP cameras, and credential systems run on the same network we engineer with CITADEL Connect cabling and CITADEL Power UPS. One closet, one plan, one team.
vCISO and vCIO advisory mapping access program against HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2, and broader physical-security governance. Policy and program work, not just technology install.
Door-held-open, forced-entry, and credential-anomaly events route to UL 827 central-station monitoring. The integrator and the monitoring back-end are under one Armorstack contract.
Standards we build to
- NDAA Section 889 — Default-compliant camera lines (Axis, Digital Watchdog, AMAG, Bosch). No Hikvision, Dahua, or OEM rebrands.
- TAA — Trade Agreements Act compliant configurations available on request for federal and DoD work.
- UL 294 — Access control system equipment standard.
- UL 1981 — Central station automation listing applies to monitored access events.
- UL 827 — Our monitoring partner is UL 827 listed and TMA Five Diamond designated.
- HIPAA, CMMC 2.0, SOC 2 — Access program design coordinated with VERITY advisory and SENTRY monitoring when compliance is in scope.
What we are doing right now
Active multi-platform access control deployments across healthcare, manufacturing, and multi-site retail. Multi-site rollout depth on cloud platforms (Brivo, Motorola Avigilon Alta) and enterprise platforms (Lenel, AMAG, Genetec).
Service takeover work where incumbent integrators stopped responding — we now service portfolios on Brivo, DMP, and Bosch that we did not originally install.
Where we are wholesale to a prime contractor, our prime partners do not permit named-client references. Active client references are available under NDA on a qualified-prospect basis.
FAQ
Which access control platforms do you install?
CITADEL Access installs and supports seven access control platforms: Motorola (Avigilon Alta and Openpath), AMAG, Brivo, Genetec, DMP, Bosch, and Lenel. Most regional integrators carry one or two platforms because that is what their reseller agreement pays them. We carry seven so we can match the platform to your portfolio rather than to our contract.
Are your camera lines NDAA compliant?
Yes. Our standard video lines — Axis, Digital Watchdog, AMAG, and Bosch — are NDAA Section 889 compliant. We do not install Hikvision, Dahua, or any of their OEM-rebranded equivalents. NDAA compliance is the default.
Can you take over a site that is already on one of these platforms?
Yes. We frequently take over service and expansion work on access systems an incumbent integrator installed. We do not require rip-and-replace to take a site under contract — if your portfolio is on Brivo, Genetec, or any of the platforms we support, we can take over service, expand the deployment, or migrate when the time is right.
Can you do rip-and-replace migrations?
Yes. CITADEL Access engineers cutover plans for portfolios moving from one access platform to another — common scenarios are moving from end-of-life Lenel hardware to Brivo or Motorola, or consolidating multiple platforms acquired through M&A onto a single standard.
Do you handle multi-site access deployments?
Yes. We have multi-site rollout depth across access control and video. The hard part of multi-site is rarely the technology — it is project management, AHJ coordination, network coordination with IT, and consistent commissioning across dozens or hundreds of doors. That is where CITADEL Access spends its time.
Can CITADEL Access integrate with my existing video and intrusion?
Yes. Most modern access platforms integrate with Axis, Digital Watchdog, Bosch, and AMAG video. We engineer the integration so badge events tie back to camera streams, intrusion arming/disarming syncs with access schedules, and exception reports surface in one portal.
Do you offer 24/7 monitored access?
Yes. Door-held-open, forced-entry, and credential-anomaly events can be routed to our UL 827 and TMA Five Diamond central station partner (Becklar) for 24/7 monitoring and dispatch. The monitoring back-end and the integrator are under the same Armorstack contract.
How do I get pricing?
Every CITADEL Access engagement is custom-scoped and quoted. We do not publish pricing, packages, or scope-range bands. Site assessment first, written line-item quote second.
