We keep this list current with what is actually running on our site — not a generic template. If a tool listed here is ever removed, or a new one added, we update this page at the same time.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They help the site remember information about your visit — like your preferences or whether you’ve seen a particular message — so your next visit can be easier and more useful. Alongside cookies, we and our technology partners also use similar technologies with the same basic purpose: pixels (tiny transparent images that confirm a page loaded), local storage (browser-based storage that works like a cookie but can hold more data), and basic server logs used for security monitoring. Throughout this policy, when we say “cookies” we mean this full family of technologies unless we specify otherwise.
2. How We Use Cookies
We group the cookies and related technologies on this site into three categories, based on the tools we actually run today.
Strictly Necessary
Required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. This includes core WordPress session cookies, security cookies set by Wordfence (our firewall and malware-protection plugin) to detect malicious traffic and block bad bots, and short-lived form-security cookies set by WPForms to protect our contact and lead forms from spam and forged submissions. These load regardless of your cookie choices because the site cannot operate safely without them.
Analytics & Performance
Help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4, delivered through the MonsterInsights plugin, to understand traffic volume, page engagement, and general visitor behavior in aggregate. GA4’s own cookies are first-party (set on our domain) and do not identify you individually in the reports we see.
Site Speed & Caching
We use WP Rocket, a caching plugin, which may set a small cookie to detect whether you are logged in so the correct (cached or live) version of a page is served to you. We also use Redis Object Cache to speed up the site — this runs entirely on our own server and does not set any cookie in your browser at all; it exists purely to make pages load faster, not to track visitors.
For transparency: this site does not currently run session-recording/heatmap tools, company-identification or visitor-deanonymization marketing tools, or a third-party CDN/security-edge service. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy — and, where legally required, how we obtain your consent — before they go live.

We do not use Microsoft Clarity, RB2B, Cloudflare, or Jetpack on this website at this time. Each listed third party is responsible for its own privacy practices with respect to any information it processes, and we encourage you to review their policies directly.
4. Your Choices and Control
You can control cookies at the browser level: most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings menus, and you can set your browser to alert you before a cookie is placed. Blocking all cookies may affect site functionality, particularly form submission and login-aware caching.
This site does not currently run a dedicated cookie-consent banner tool. If you would like to opt out of analytics tracking, you can install a browser extension such as Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, enable “Do Not Track” or equivalent privacy settings in your browser, or contact us directly at the email below and we will document your preference. If we add a formal consent-management banner in the future, we will update this section to describe how to use it.
Consistent with our main Privacy Policy, our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals as an automated technical matter — use the contact-based method above to manage your preferences instead.
5. Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two general duration types. Session cookies are temporary and are automatically deleted when you close your browser — they are typically used for strictly necessary functions like remembering your activity during a single visit (for example, security cookies from Wordfence, or cache-detection cookies from WP Rocket). Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period and are used to recognize you as a returning visitor, most commonly for analytics. Google Analytics 4 cookies, for example, use a default retention period of up to 24 months under Google’s own standard configuration. Retention periods vary by vendor and may change as our tools or their default settings are updated; this section describes typical, general timeframes rather than a fixed schedule for every cookie on the site.
6. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies and tracking technologies we use, our practices, or applicable legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the site, via email to active clients, or through other reasonable means. The effective date at the top of this policy reflects the last revision.
