What channels do you fan out to?
SMS, voice (mobile and desktop), mobile push, email, desktop pop-up, overhead paging (where infrastructure is in place), digital signage, and integrated lockdown across CITADEL Access access points. Can you take over an existing MNS deployment?
Yes. We take over operations on existing mass notification platforms — frequently because the original integrator was a software-only vendor that didn’t engineer the physical-system integration the client actually needed.
