What we are doing right now

Service-takeover engagements across upper-midwest senior-living and skilled-nursing portfolios where incumbent integrators stopped responding. Standard cutover is two to four weeks. After takeover, we typically expand into Fire, Watch, Access, or Alert within twelve to eighteen months — but the lead is service-first.

Active SecureCare and TekTone installations on new construction and major refresh. Stanley Healthcare partnership work is in progress and will be added to the page when the partnership is formalized.

Can you service a nurse call system you didn’t install?

Yes. This is one of the things that makes CITADEL Care different. We service and repair any nurse call and resident-safety system, regardless of original installer or manufacturer. If your incumbent integrator has stopped returning calls, missed inspection cycles, or simply doesn’t respond fast enough, we can take over service on the equipment you already own.

Which nurse call platforms do you install?

We install SecureCare and TekTone resident-safety and nurse call platforms, with a Stanley Healthcare partnership currently in progress (2026-04-24). Our service-and-repair scope is much broader — we work on systems from any major manufacturer when the existing installer is no longer responsive.

Is CITADEL Care HIPAA aligned?

Yes. The systems we install support audit trails appropriate for HIPAA’s technical safeguards on access and integrity. The broader HIPAA program — risk analysis, policy, training — is delivered through our VERITY advisory portfolio when clients want a full HIPAA gap-and-remediation path, not just a technology install.

Do you do wander management?

Yes. CITADEL Care handles wander management for memory-care and assisted-living facilities, including door supervision, perimeter alerts, and resident-tag systems integrated with access control through CITADEL Access.

Can you integrate PERS pendants with monitoring?

Yes. PERS (personal emergency response) pendants integrate with our UL 827 wholesale central-station partner for 24/7 monitored escalation. The pendant signal, the monitoring back-end, the install team, and the service technician are all under one Armorstack contract.

Do you do fall detection and bed-exit?

Yes. Resident-safety video analytics — fall detection, bed-exit, elopement, and inactivity — are part of CITADEL Care scope. The analytics layer ties to SENTRY for AI observability and to the broader notification fabric so events route to nursing stations on the same alert path as nurse call activations.
