24/7 Monitored Video, Intrusion & Verified Alarm Response
UL 827 listed and TMA Five Diamond designated monitoring across video, intrusion, fire, access, and PERS — delivered through Armorstack’s wholesale central-station partnership. One integrator. One contract. One portal. One SLA across every signal type.
One vendor for cameras. One for alarms. One for monitoring. One for dispatch.
Most commercial security programs grew up in pieces. Cameras came from one vendor on one budget cycle. Intrusion came from another vendor on another. Monitoring is a third contract. Dispatch is a fourth. When something happens at 2 a.m., the customer is on a call tree across four vendors, none of whom own the whole loop.
CITADEL Watch consolidates monitoring across video, intrusion, fire, access exceptions, and PERS into a single contract — backed by a UL 827 and TMA Five Diamond central station partner. Verified alarm response, video verification, talk-down, and a customer portal that shows every event from every signal type in one timeline.
Armorstack is a true integrator. We are not a reseller and we are not a branded front-end. The design engineer, the installer, the service technician, and the customer success contact all sit inside the same shop.
Capabilities & credentials
UL 827 listed, TMA Five Diamond designated wholesale partner (Becklar). Operational excellence at the top of the industry. Armorstack owns the customer relationship; the central station handles 24/7 signal.
Video, intrusion, fire alarm, access control exceptions, PERS pendants, panic/duress, and environmental sensors. All signal types on the same central-station platform — one portal, one timeline, one SLA.
Triggered events route video clips to operators for verification before dispatch — cuts false-alarm dispatch and shortens response time on real events. Talk-down through compatible cameras and intercoms.
Dispatch initiated only after event confirmation — through video, audio, or second-sensor verification. Reduces false-alarm fines in jurisdictions that enforce them and aligns with verified-response policy where it is required.
Full event audit trail with operator notes, video clips, dispatch decisions, and arm/disarm history. Mobile and desktop access. Multi-site rollups for portfolio operators.
Monitoring transition on existing intrusion, fire, video, and PERS systems we did not install. No rip-and-replace required.
Scope of service
- 24/7 monitoring across video, intrusion, fire, access, and PERS — delivered via UL 827 wholesale central-station partnership.
- Video verification and talk-down on triggered alarm events.
- Verified alarm response — dispatch only after event confirmation.
- Customer portal with full event audit trail, video clips, and mobile arm/disarm.
- Multi-site rollups for portfolio operators — one dashboard, every site.
- Monitoring takeover for intrusion, fire, and video systems not originally installed by Armorstack.
- Integration with CITADEL Access — door-held-open, forced-entry, and credential-anomaly events route to the same central station.
- Integration with CITADEL Fire — fire alarm signals route to the same UL 827 central station.
What we do not say: “our central station.” We are wholesale-branded on a UL 827 partner. Full transparency. Every engagement is custom-scoped and quoted; no packages, no published pricing.
Where CITADEL Watch shows up
Portfolio-wide monitored video, intrusion, and panic. Verified alarm response reduces false-alarm fines across jurisdictions. Multi-site portal rollups for loss-prevention and asset-protection teams.
Monitored intrusion across pharmacy and controlled-substance zones, video monitoring of perimeter and parking, PERS pendant monitoring (CITADEL Care integration), and panic-button dispatch across staff stations.
Campus video monitoring, intrusion, and panic. Mass-notification trigger from monitored events through CITADEL Alert. Lockdown verification across multi-building campuses.
Perimeter video, intrusion, and access-exception monitoring. Environmental sensor integration (temperature, humidity, water) for production and process protection.
CITADEL Watch is one piece of a converged stack
CITADEL Watch works alongside the other CITADEL services and Armorstack’s broader Managed Intelligence Provider portfolios. Most clients start with one and converge over time. Armorstack is a true integrator — we own the design, the install, the service, and the customer relationship.
Monitored events feed the SOC. Behavioral anomalies — repeated forced-entry signals, after-hours intrusion patterns, badge-after-hours combined with motion — surface as security signals to the AI observability layer.
The IP backbone that carries cameras and intrusion panels is the same one CITADEL Connect cables and CITADEL Power keeps up. One network, one closet, one team.
vCISO and vCIO advisory map monitoring program against insurance, compliance, and incident-response policy. The monitoring program is part of the broader security posture, not a standalone service.
Door-held-open, forced-entry, credential anomaly, and tailgating events from the access platform route to the same central station — one event timeline across access and intrusion.
Standards we build to
- UL 827 — Central Station Alarm Services standard. Our monitoring partner is UL 827 listed.
- TMA Five Diamond — The Monitoring Association’s top-tier designation for central station operational excellence.
- UL 1981 — Central station automation system listing.
- UL 1610 / UL 1635 — Burglar alarm units listing.
- NFPA 72 — Fire alarm code applies to monitored fire signals.
- NDAA Section 889 — Default-compliant camera lines on monitored video deployments.
What we are doing right now
Active monitored deployments across multi-site retail, healthcare facilities, senior-living portfolios, and education campuses. Verified alarm response programs in jurisdictions that mandate them and in jurisdictions that don’t.
Service takeovers on intrusion, fire, and video monitoring where an incumbent provider was unresponsive or non-renewing. Standard transition is two to four weeks depending on equipment and signaling path.
Where we are wholesale to a prime contractor, named-client references are restricted by NDA. Direct references available under qualified-prospect process.
FAQ
Is your central station UL listed?
Yes. CITADEL Watch monitoring is delivered through Armorstack’s wholesale partnership with a UL 827 listed and TMA Five Diamond designated central station (Becklar). UL 827 is the central-station listing standard; TMA Five Diamond is The Monitoring Association’s top-tier designation for operational excellence.
Do you offer video verification and talk-down?
Yes. CITADEL Watch supports video verification on triggered alarm events and live talk-down through compatible camera and intercom systems. Video verification reduces false-alarm dispatch and shortens police response time on confirmed events.
Can you monitor cameras and intrusion together?
Yes. CITADEL Watch monitors video, intrusion panels, fire alarm signals, access control exceptions, and PERS pendants on the same central-station platform. One portal, one event audit trail, one SLA across all signal types.
Is Armorstack the central station?
No. We are the integrator. Our central station is Becklar — a UL 827 listed, TMA Five Diamond designated facility. We are wholesale-branded on their infrastructure. The advantage of being a true integrator with a wholesale monitoring partner is that you get a single Armorstack contract for design, install, integration, and 24/7 monitoring without being limited to one ecosystem.
Do you do verified alarm response?
Yes. Verified alarm response means dispatch is initiated only after an alarm event has been confirmed through video, audio, or a second sensor — not on a single trip. CITADEL Watch is engineered to support verified-response programs in jurisdictions that require them, and reduces false alarms in jurisdictions that don’t.
Can you take over monitoring on a system you didn’t install?
Yes. We frequently take over monitoring on intrusion, fire, and video systems an incumbent installer originally deployed. As long as the equipment can communicate to a central station via supported protocols (IP, cellular, or POTS where still in service), we can transition monitoring.
How do customers see events?
CITADEL Watch includes a customer portal with the full event audit trail — alarms, video clips, dispatch decisions, and operator notes — plus mobile apps for arming, disarming, and event review.
How do I get pricing?
Every CITADEL Watch engagement is custom-scoped and quoted. Monitoring rates depend on signal volume, signal type, and integration depth. Site assessment first, written line-item quote second. No published pricing, no packages.
