What Is Verity Bridge?
Verity Bridge is Armorstack’s fractional-executive practice — embedded C-suite leadership for mid-market organizations that have outgrown ad-hoc security and technology decisions but aren’t ready to carry a full executive compensation package. A Bridge executive sits in your leadership meetings, owns a budget and a roadmap, reports to your board, and is accountable for outcomes — not just a set of recommendations handed off to whoever is left holding the pager.
Engagements are typically triggered by a specific event: a compliance deadline your organization has no executive owner for, a board or investor requiring named security/technology leadership, an M&A transaction needing technical due diligence, a departed CISO/CTO/CIO with no succession plan, or a first-time AI initiative with no one accountable for its governance. Verity Bridge fills that seat on a fractional basis, typically two to four days per month of dedicated executive time plus on-call availability, with the option to convert to a full build-out under Verity Govern or a full AI program under Verity AI.
Fractional Executive Leadership Under Verity Bridge
Each engagement is scoped in writing with a defined cadence, deliverables, and reporting line before work begins.
vCAIO — Virtual Chief AI Officer
AI strategy and governance leadership as a service — use-case prioritization, model risk oversight, and board reporting on AI adoption.
vCISO — Virtual CISO
Security program ownership — risk register, security roadmap, incident-response accountability, and board/cyber-insurance reporting.
vCTO — Virtual CTO
Technology strategy and architecture ownership — platform decisions, engineering leadership support, and technical due diligence.
vCIO — Virtual CIO
IT strategy and governance leadership — budget ownership, vendor rationalization, IT risk management, and business-alignment planning.
Board & Advisory Services
Board-level briefings on AI and cyber risk — translating technical exposure into governance language your directors can act on.
Who Needs Verity Bridge
Mid-Market Organizations
Companies past the point where security/technology decisions can be informal, but not yet at the scale that justifies a full executive team.
Post-Departure Gaps
A CISO, CTO, or CIO has left and there is no succession plan — leadership continuity is needed immediately, not after a search.
Board & Investor Mandates
A board, lender, or investor is requiring named executive ownership of security, technology, or AI risk as a condition of the relationship.
M&A Transactions
Buy-side or sell-side technical and security due diligence, integration planning, or post-close leadership continuity.
